WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LEASE A BEAT?
By purchasing a beat lease, you acquire the rights to use said beat in a limited non-exclusive manner.Retz still retains full copyright ownership to said beat, thus, Retz is allowed to continue to lease the same beat to others non-exclusively until said beat is sold as an exclusive license. Once the beat is purchased exclusively, the beat is then removed from our store, and the owner then is granted ownership rights.
CAN I PURCHASE BEATS FOR MY YOUTUBE, AD / COMMERCIAL USE, PODCAST, ETC?

After checkout and your payment has been processed your beat(s) will be available instantly for download from the order summary page. You will also receive a confirmation email with the download links. HOW CAN I ACCESS THE BEAT(S) I JUST PURCHASED?
All download links to the beat files & licensing agreement will show up on the order summary page once the checkout process is finished. WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED THE STREAM/UNIT LIMIT OF MY CURRENT LEASE?
In the event that you were to exceed your stream/unit sale limit of your current lease, you must upgrade your lease to the next lease tier by contacting us. (you can reach us at retzzmusic@gmail.com) The cost of the upgrade is made simple and easy. We factor in the price of the original lease and deduct that from the new lease cost.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNLIMITED LICENSING VS PURCHASING THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS?
The usage is very similar for both of them. unlimited sales, streams and so on. The major difference is if exclusive rights is purchased, the ownership rights are transferred to you and the beat is immediately removed from our store never to be leased, or sold ever again. (hence the name exclusive, you get the exclusivity of the beat) The unlimited license is non-exclusive so even though the usage is similar, the beat remains in our store for further leasing / selling.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A NON EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AND SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASES THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS?
The purchase of exclusive rights to a beat does not impact the validity of previous licenses for the full term of your lease agreement.
